UNITY IN MOTION WORKSHOPS

Unity in Motion (previously Art of Connection) has a wide reputation on the East Coast of Australia for bringing powerful, transformative & heart-opening connection experiences to a variety of events.  Known for offering multilayered, deeply heart opening, embodied experiences that encourage people to move unifying ways.

These experiences offer facilitated activities by Lauren Elizabeth to unify groups of people, from all walks of life, through a language we all know - through the body.

Over the past 5+ years, Lauren has had the  privilege to share at festivals in Australia
(like Splendour in the Grass (NSW), Bluesfest Byron Bay (NSW), Earth Frequency (QLD), Zenfest (QLD), Freedom Fest (QLD) , Elements Festival (QLD) , Thrive (QLD) , Island Vibe Festival (QLD) , Pranafest (QLD) , Festival 23 (VIC) and The Returning (NSW).. and Europe (festivals such as Evolve Festival, Garbicz and Summer Contrast)
Lauren has worked in collaboration with retreats such as; Karmic Journeys (India & Thailand), Love Out Loud (Italy & Australia), Wholehearted (Byron Bay) and more.. 

+ many community fundraising events supporting Indigenous Rights in Australia, local environmentalist protests and Palestine Action Rally's. 

Unity in Motion has worked in collaboration with live musicians & has had the pleasure of co-creating these embodied connection experiences with Josh Lovegrove, Paul A. George (Tijuana Cartel), Manoa, Dubarray, Seijin, Christian Di Marco, Raw Ordio, Andy V (Dub Fx), Pablo Laverde, & Tahlia Connie. The Live Music component to the Unity in Motion experience is incredibly special and we would highly recommend opting for this option - though, we can still offer UIM with facilitation on it's own as well. 

Experiences can be curated to be suitable to intimate workshop settings - to large closing & opening celebrations and ceremony's for events.
 
Using the magic of movement and sound to bring you into deeper connection with community, nature and the self ~ hundreds of people can testify to the synergistic flow of fun, connection, creativity & depth they have felt in a UIM experience.
